On January 26, 2010, GSA will mail each applicant the Recommendation packet which contains complete instructions, a return envelope and two (2) recommendation forms to be completed by a school administrator and teacher (either a school teacher or private instructor whom can speak of your artistic abilities & passion). Schools, or instructors, must mail forms to GSA on or before February 16, 2010. GSA does not accept recommendations by fax or email. Audition Change Policy
Please check your personal, school and extracurricular activities calendars before choosing an audition date. Audition/Review site changes will be made only in the case of an emergency. GSA will not reschedule for personal or social events. The audition site does not in any way affect the results of the chosen participants.

Illness & Emergencies
If illness or emergency prevents attendance at the scheduled site, GSA will reschedule for one of the remaining sites, if notified on or before the Monday following the missed audition. For those students scheduled for the March 26th and 27th site, no make-up will be possible.

Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, GSA makes every effort to hold auditions. Applicants may call the GSA Helpline (502) 562-0192 for the status of their audition site. For students in the affected locales, auditions and reviews will be rescheduled.
